  • Our regular business hours are

    Monday to Friday

    8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

  • Service calls begin at $250 - this includes up to an hour of service and a dispatch fee. Every additional hour will incur a charge of $130 per hour. A travel fee of $100 will be added for calls in excess of 30 miles. After-hours calls begin at $250 per hour.

    This rate does not include material.

  • Coastal Blue Electric does some after-hours calls as long as they meet the following criteria:

    Mon-Fri, 4pm – 6pm

    Emergency issues only

  • Yes! Coastal Blue Electric does work on any holidays falling on Monday to Friday. When we take time off, we will post any extended office closures on our Facebook page so make sure you follow us there!

  • Estimates are free!

  • You can pay using:

    • Link included in your invoice

    • Square card reader (at time of service)

    • Check (made out to Coastal Blue Electric)

    • “Pay Invoice” section of our website

    Our customer preferred method is check payment, which can be provided at time of service or mailed to us.

    There is a 3% card fee for card transactions.

    Please note: For your security, we do not take any payments over the phone to protect your sensitive information.

  • Currently, we are licensed in Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Escambia Counties.
